Tony Griffin is an independent consultant and Director of Wasteland Solutions Ltd. He has more than 35 years experience in the geotechnical field, waste management and in the investigation and remediation of contaminated land, including design, installation and operation of ground remediation schemes.

Colin Smith is a freelance consultant working in the investigation and assessment of groundwater and contaminated land. He has over twenty years experience in environmental site investigation, ground and groundwater risk assessment and modelling. He works on brownfield development, pollution incidents, PPC investigations and groundwater problems in the UK and overseas. He holds degrees in chemistry, hydrogeology and mathematics and is a Chartered Chemist, Geologist and Scientist.

Engineering geologist with broad experience (since 1977) in land condition, both geotechnical and geoenvironmental:- consultancy, contracting, contractual claims, waste disposal, assessment and remediation of contaminated land and groundwater, university and contract research, and teaching.

Martin is a Chartered Engineer, Geologist and Scientist with 20 years experience in engineering geology/geomorphology, geotechnical engineering and geo-environmental engineering associated with a broad range of projects from major civil/structural projects to large-scale contaminated land remediation contracts.

Mary Harris has over 20 years experience in environmental research and consultancy specialising in contaminated land policy and legislation, design and management of site investigation and risk assessment projects, and third party review.

Mike is a Chartered Geologist and Hydrogeologist who has worked in environmental consultancy since 1991. He currently serves as a Technical Director and leads a team involved in soil and groundwater quality assessment, site remediation, hydrogeological investigations, landfill hydrogeology, risk and liability assessment.

Philippa has over 20 years experience of research and consultancy projects involving contaminated land and groundwater. She provides hydrogeological expertise and technical management to Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects for radioactive and non-radioactive contaminated sites.

Professor Nathanail directs a unique vocational part time Masters in Contaminated Land Management at the University of Nottingham and is managing director of Land Quality Management Ltd.

Steve is a hydrogeologist with over 15 years professional experience and he currently leads a team of staff involved in the investigation, assessment and remediation of contaminated land / groundwater and surface water. His work includes qualitative and quantitative assessments, waste management and is dominantly associated with the identification of land liabilities and the reduction of these in a cost effective manner.

Simon has experience in environmental management, having worked in first in industrial R&D and then as an environmental specialist within academia, consultancy and regulation. He has worked on Alberta Environment's orphan sites programme, at the University of Edinburgh as a Lecturer in Environmental Chemistry, with EnvirosAspinwall as a senior consultant, then at SEPA as their policy advisor on contaminated land.
