Detailed Description

David has 25 years' experience in site investigations, interpretative reporting and design for major commercial, industrial and residential development projects. Since 1990 he has been involved in brownfield land reclamation and redevelopment on sites formerly occupied by collieries, coke works, gas works, landfills, mines and quarries and various manufacturing sites. He has expertise in all stages of contaminated land risk assessment, design and implementation of remediation, and validation reporting.

He also has 15 years' experience in geotechnical analysis and design of foundations and ground improvement processes. He has undertaken expert witness commissions in contractual disputes, insurance claim assessments and the Lands Tribunal.
