Hugh Cherrill is an Associate with Arup in Cardiff where he leads a team dedicated to contaminated land and waste management.

He has over 15 years of experience in the investigation, assessment and remediation of brownfield sites.

Hugh has a broad range of skills and experience in the fields of geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering. Particular experience relates to the investigation and assessment of contaminated sites and the design and implementation of remedial strategies. Hugh also has considerable experience in landfill engineering for new and active landfills.

Hugh has provided expert advice in disputes and planning inquiries, including expert witness commissions, in cases involving contaminated land and landfill.
