Frank Westcott is Associate Director in charge of the Brownfield and Regeneration Team at RSK. He is responsible for managing large remediation and brownfield development projects for a range of clients including major energy, oil and utility companies and the housebuilding sector.

Over half of his 28 year civil engineering career has been spent in investigation, assessment, remediation and development of brownfield land. His involvement in major brownfield development projects has included the award winning Pride Park project in Derby and several large energy developments and housebuilding schemes. His contributions to the development of the profession include conference and journal papers, and CIRIA and Environment Agency research reports.
