Detailed Description

Christina has 17 years experience in consultancy and currently heads the risk assessment team at Atkins' Birmingham office.

Christina works extensively with the Environment Agency and Local Authorities on the determination and remediation of Part IIA sites. She specialises in risk assessment, as well as the procedural aspects of Part IIA, cost benefit analysis and funding, and stakeholder communication.

Christina also works with developer and industrial clients on projects ranging from due diligence of single/multi-site property portfolios, to the preparation of remediation strategies. She provides advice on sustainability issues and has prepared Environmental Statements for reclamation and construction schemes.
