Jane is a hydrogeologist with over 30 years experience in groundwater, contaminated land and water resources, in the UK and overseas. She is currently Contaminated Land Manager at Mott MacDonald, based in Cambridge.

Skills in contaminated land include site investigation, interpretation, quantitative risk assessment, remediation strategies, project management and negotiation with regulators in the UK, Spain and US. Experience of hydrocarbon spills, solvents and DNAPLs, former gasworks, power stations and factory sites. Technical focus on groundwater pollution, with specialist expertise in modelling of contaminant fate and transport and an active role in research.
