I have over 20 years experience in the redevelopment and remediation of brownfield sites. I have managed many regeneration projects which have successfully overcome difficult ground conditions ranging from former collieries, gas works, chemical works and landfills for public and private sector organisations.

My experience ranges from project inception, EIA's, planning applications, ground treatment and infrastructure design, contractor procurement and contract administration. I have guided many clients around the pitfalls in implementing regeneration projects of which a clear understanding of environmental regulations has been a vital part.
