Neil is a Chartered Engineer with over 24 years experience in land quality assessment covering geotechnical engineering, waste engineering, contaminated land, soil re-use planning and remediation.

His remediation experience includes a wide range of industrial sites, both in the UK and Australia with a wide ranging client base. Neil specialises in advising development agency and contractor clients.

His past responsibilities include assessment of mining hazards; subsidence affected properties and ground gas building impacts. Neil has provided foundation and earthwork advice for a number of keynote structures such as incinerators, landfills developed in abandoned mines, pipelines, land reclamation schemes and marinas.
