Tony is a chartered civil engineer and Director of Gound Engineering at Mouchel. He has over 20 years experience in geo-environmental engineering and has extensive knowledge of brownfield assessment and remediation providing pragmatic solutions.

He has managed several major projects involving assessment of large site portfolios and has assisted Local Authorities in fulfilling their Part 2 obligations.

He has been the author of several technical papers in recent years and regularly presents at national and international conferences. He was awarded the Fleming Award in 2004 for Excellence in Geotechnical Design and Construction. He is the Chairman of the ICE North West Geotechnical Group (NWGG).
