Celia is an Associate Director with ENSR UK with 14 years' broad experience in the assessment and management of land affected by contamination. Celia has worked with clients across the manufacturing, petrochemical, military and property sectors; and has been particularly involved in the management of petroleum liquids, and site clearance and clean-up, including tank decommissioning. She has particular experience in the management of environmental effects during construction and remediation. Also an experienced environmental auditor, Celia has managed numerous environmental due diligence studies in support of mergers and acquisitions, re-financings and change of use proposals involving commercial and industrial facilities.
