David Rudland is an environmental chemist, with twenty years' experience, who has specialised in brownfield and contaminated land management. He is principal author of two CIRIA contaminated land publications on contaminated land assessment and remediation and for four years has lead a series of training workshops for industry.

David has provided specialist contaminated land and waste management advice to private and public sector development projects. His experience includes managing the identification, investigation, remediation and verification of land contamination and "emergency response" to acute pollution problems such as sudden spillage of chemicals.
