Experience of land condition assessment has been obtained from over 30 years of investigation and assessment of site conditions, site monitoring, scheme design and construction supervision. Colin has worked for a local authority, a contractor and consultants. Experience has been gained on a wide range of project sizes from preliminary studies to £multi-million development schemes.

Colin has particular experience of contaminated land assessment including hazard identification through qualitative and quantitative risk assessment to remediation. He has prepared expert witness reports on land condition disputes. As a regional director he has responsibility from brief definition to checking final deliverables.
