Phil Crowcroft has over 30 years experience of dealing with all aspects of the assessment and remediation of land affected by contamination. He is a Partner in ERM, and regularly undertakes expert witness work and technical arbitration. He has worked in consulting, contracting and as national land policy manager for the Environment Agency. He currently deals with land from all perspectives, focussing on acquisition and divestiture, liability control and cost-effective solutions to brownfield challenges.
