Trevor Jones is Managing Consultant at Nuvia Limited. He has 20 years’ experience of investigating, assessing and remediating a wide range of industrial, waste disposal and radiologically contaminated sites, including many of the most severely contaminated properties in Europe.

He has particular expertise in the management of liabilities associated with brownfield land acquisition, ownership, redevelopment and divestiture, having directed M&A projects involving large property portfolios with values up to £2.4 billion. His clients include landowners, purchasers, developers, lenders and insurers, and his work encompasses all stages of the regeneration cycle, from planning and regulatory liaison, through construction, to ownership and sale.
