Rob is a Chartered Geologist with over eleven years experience of contaminated land projects. He joined Buro Happold in 2007 where he is part of a multidisciplinary team involved in the project management, investigation and assessment of contaminated sites (both land and groundwater) prior to acquisition, reclamation or redevelopment. Rob has experience in the management of contaminated land projects in the UK and overseas on sites affected by toxic chemicals, asbestos, Japanese Knotweed radiological materials and soil gas. He has worked with Local Authorities and the Environment Agency and is the company representative at the Association of Geotechnical & Geoenvironmental Specialists contaminated land working group meetings.
