Philip is a Technical Director with over 18 years’ experience in the characterisation, assessment and management of contaminated land. He has a proven track record providing practical solutions for complex sites. Philip is experienced in a wide range of technical appraisals from desk top studies and geo-environmental site investigations to preliminary and quantified risk assessments. He integrates outputs to proactively manage remedial design and verification, foundation works risk assessments, coal mining risk assessments, material management plans and development appraisals. Philip has delivered these services in support of redevelopment, planning / EIA, permitting and due diligence throughout the UK and Ireland.
