Mr Ged Duckworth

Detailed description

Ged has 19 years experience in land contamination and waste management issues. He has worked in the Environment Agency as National Land Contamination Policy Manager responsible for Part IIA and the Agencys role as a consultee in the develop control regime. Ged also spent 18 months as a special advisor in Defras Waste Permitting Review project, the forerunner of the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2007. He was a member of the Cabinet Office Remediation Licensing Task Force and took forward proposals relating to the development of the Mobile Treatment Licence. Ged is the author of Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice.
