Detailed Description

Jon English is an environmental scientist with over 40 years private and public sector experience in the management of land contamination. Jon is a Chartered Environmentalist and DoWCoP Qualified Person as well as being a SiLC and SQP. Jon is experienced in quantitative risk assessment techniques and the application of a wide range of civil engineering and process-based treatments for the remediation of land contamination. Jon has also acted as an expert witness on cases involving ground contamination. In recent years, Jon has worked as a contaminated land officer for various local authorities on a permanent and freelance basis, in conjunction with private sector consultancy work.
