Environment Agency Response to SiLC letter on Sustainable and Safe Re-Use of Materials on Brownfield Development Sites

SiLC recently advised that a letter was being issued to the Environment Agency, DEFRA, MHCLG and DBEIS on the sustainable and safe re-use of materials on brownfield development sites and the inconsistent use of DoWCoP and waste recovery permitting.
