Richard has over 25 years geo-environmental consultancy experience and has recently authored an expert witness report on mining and hazardous gas risks to residential development. He manages a team of Land Quality Professionals and is responsible for final technical approvals, project management and client delivery. Key skills include: • Project Management & Client Liaison • Geo-Environmental Risk Assessments & Reporting • Brownfield Remediation • Risk Communication • Abnormal Cost Advice to Facilitate Transactions Richard was formerly with Encia Consulting (2001 – 2008), Cuthbertson Maunsell (now part of Aecom 1996 – 2001) and Bullen Consultants (1991 – 1996).
