Detailed description

Liz has specialised in contaminated land management for over 20 years. This has included work with the Land Quality Naval team of the Ministry of Defence, Contaminated Land Officer at City of York Council, HSO at Pesticides Safety Directorate (as was). Liz spent five years at Encia Consulting Ltd where she lead on human health and controlled waters risk assessment across the company, ensuring Encia remained abreast of current and forthcoming legislation and guidance. Following that Liz spent 6 years at the Environment Agency. Liz project managed a number of sites under Part 2A of the EPA 1990 and provide technical and legislative support to frontline staff. Liz worked as Associate Director at Lithos Consulting before setting up Hart Environmental Ltd in 2022
