Detailed description

Technical Director with over 25 years’ experience in contaminated land industry. Louise has worked for developers, local authorities, Environment Agency, DIO, industrial clients, funders and property agents. She has completed desk study, site investigation, risk assessment and remediation (options appraisal, implementation and verification) assessments for Part 2A, environmental due diligence and planning purposes. Louise has previously developed and presented contaminated land training. She focuses on developing relationships with clients, consultants, regulators and all stakeholders to ensure contamination issues are dealt with to the benefit of all. She has line management responsibility for a team of contaminated land staff. She is a Suitably Qualified Person (SQP) under the National Quality Mark Scheme (NQMS) and Qualified Person under the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice (DoWCoP).
