Detailed description
I started my career as an Engineering Geologist with a site investigation contractor in 1989 progressing to a regulator of waste facilities, mainly landfill design and construction, with the Environment Agency. I developed technical skills in modelling contaminant transport and the protection of controlled waters. I am now a consultant providing advice on the full range of contaminated land issues, managing specialist contaminated land teams and delivering high quality work to the satisfaction of regulators and clients. I provide technical leadership on technical areas including waste soil classification, ground gas assessment and asbestos in soil investigation and risk assessment.
