Gary is a Technical Director of the AECOM EHS & Remediation Services group based in Wimbledon. He is a Chartered Geologist and SiLC with nineteen years’ contaminated land consultancy experience. Gary’s current role includes responsibility for technical direction, financial performance, quality output and resource management of a 35 strong team of professional scientists and engineers. Contaminated land and geo-environmental projects have included a wide range of clients, sectors, site scenarios and locations for land acquisition, divestment, planning and permitting, Part IIA EPA, decommissioning, remediation and regeneration. Multi-site project portfolios have included industrial sites in Europe, Asia and Africa and large scale infrastructure projects, including the role of Land Quality representative for the HS2 EIA Executive Oversight Committee.
