Detailed description

Roger Clark is a specialist with 43 years in geotechnical and geoenvironmental services with the last 21 years specialising in geoenvironmental consultancy. His work involves assessment of land in respect of contamination including site investigation, risk assessment, development potential and liabilities. Roger has managed a range of projects involving land subjected to many uses and requiring a range of remediation technologies including assessment and clean-up for the largest gasworks ever constructed in Europe and a site where an innovative solution involved in-situ remediation beneath buildings during their construction. He has the ability to interact with regulators and other professionals to obtain commercially viable and cost effective solutions to contamination problems. Roger is the author of numerous papers and a UK representative on ISSMGE Technical Committee 215, Environmental Geotechnics. He is Chair of the SiLC Board, represents AGS on the PTP and is also a SiLC Assessor.
