Detailed description
David has more than 30 years' experience in site investigations, interpretative reporting and design for major commercial, industrial and residential development projects. Since 1990 he has been involved in brownfield land reclamation and redevelopment on sites formerly occupied by collieries, coke works, gas works, landfills, mines and quarries and various manufacturing sites. He has expertise in all stages of contaminated land risk assessment, design and implementation of remediation, environmental monitoring and validation reporting. He also has more than 20 years' experience in geotechnical analysis and design of foundations and ground improvement processes. He carries out due diligence audits of geotechnical and environmental land condition information for property transactions. He has undertaken expert witness commissions in contractual disputes, insurance claim assessments and the Lands Tribunal.
