Mr Stuart Day

Detailed description

Stuart Day has over 15 years experience including geotechnical and geo-environmental investigations, qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and design and supervision of remediation strategies. He has worked as part of a multi-disciplinary design team on numerous brownfield regeneration projects, including several former gasworks sites and has provided technical advice from the pre-purchase stage through to scheme design and implementation. Stuart also has experience of negotiations with regulatory authorities and dealing with finance companies, agents, lawyers and insurers on behalf of the developer. Within Waterman Environmental, Stuart provides national support and advice on geotechnical issues and managing site investigations.
