Detailed description

Matt specialises in Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment (both human health and Controlled Water); applying the conclusions to develop cost effective ground remediation solutions including the use of Materials Management Plans (CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice). With over 17 years experience working for major industrial and property development clients he has developed a strong technical and practical perspective on Brownfield management. In support of Matt's comprehensive experience of contaminated land management, an range of skills including geotechnical appraisals, due diligence auditing, permitting and environmental impact assessments have been developed.
