Catherine has over 30 years’ experience in land quality assessment and is a Chartered Scientist with an academic background in chemistry and geology. She provides project management and technical direction with experience across all aspects of land quality assessment from desk studies, through site investigation to remediation design, implementation and validation as well as soil waste classification and material re-use. Catherine has particular expertise in investigation working on a wide range of former landuses including landfills, oil refineries, gas works and military sites, and quantitative risk assessment including the generation of criteria for protection of human health and controlled waters.
